Enjoyed Tokyo, the hotel was luxury and good standard in that neighbourhood which is a great diversion from the congestion in Tokyo. The room was stocked with drinks and great park, for example, I felt comfortable there. The location was stunning for walking around Masakado Kubizuka. The food in the casual restaurant was outstanding and lovely. All the services were attentive.

This hotel is in a great location, right across the street from the Imperial Palace gardens. The views from the rooms with balconies are amazing, even though they may be slightly off-angle. The staff here are wonderful and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and come with all the basic amenities you need. Plus, having breakfast included at the club lounge on the 19th floor with a view of Mt. Fuji is a definite bonus.
No improvements necessary - everything was perfect.

The hotel's location offers easy access to both the lake and Ginza area. It is also within walking distance to Tokyo station and the Imperial garden. The room is well-appointed with comfortable bedding and an elegant bathroom that comes with many supplies. Breakfast offers a variety of western and Asian cuisine with freshly made omelets and pancakes. Facilities include a spa and a well-equipped gymnasium.
The restaurant options and ambiance are not inviting, leading to a somewhat sterile atmosphere.

The hotel we stayed at was located in a prime spot, making it easy to travel to different attractions and was close to all the amenities. The rooms were well furnished with stunning views of the city and offered a balcony that enhanced the experience. The staff provided polite, efficient, and friendly service.
Although the food was delicious, some items on the menu were overpriced. However, this is to be expected given that it was a five-star hotel.

Top-notch hotel, exquisite experience. Amazing staff, perfect service. Invigorating and clean ambiance. Comfortable, fluffy and luxurious bed. Delicious top-notch cocktails. Comparable to elite hotels. Incredible timeless modern design. Superb location with imperial garden view.
Nothing to mention.

The hotel offers exceptional service with courteous staff who cater to guests' every need. The luxurious spa and wellness centre is a haven of relaxation with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. Massage services are available, and the spa centre also features a range of exclusive amenities. In-room breakfasts are a must-try, with a range of delish items; the restaurant is equally noteworthy with a variety of Continental breakfast and special diet menus. The private facilities are top-notch and include a bar/lounge area and coffee/tea in the lobby.
Some guests may be disappointed that the pool closes early. Other than that, this hotel fulfills all expectations and more, offering exclusive room advantages and a prime location.
